Since the launch of the Hope, Healing & Resilience-Building for Gaza project, our supervisors and facilitators have worked across the Strip in direct coordination with shelter management teams, so that Mind-Body skills reach the most vulnerable groups.

The sessions give participants a safe space to express their feelings and experiences, and equip them with skills to regulate their emotions, manage stress, and cope with traumatic experiences, strengthening a sense of calm and inner safety.

The workshops also include awareness sessions on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) and on the risks of explosive remnants of war and how to respond to them safely, contributing to the safety of individuals, their families and their communities.

We believe that healing is an ongoing process, and that these skills are not just tools but real steps toward recovery and psychological resilience.
